About This Development

Kallang Wave Mall is the retail heart of The Kallang, Singapore's sports and lifestyle precinct beside the 55,000-seat National Stadium. Opened in 2014 and sitting right at Stadium MRT on the Circle Line, it wraps around 41,000 sqm of retail, dining and active-lifestyle space, drawing on a catchment of millions of visitors a year to the surrounding stadiums, arenas and the OCBC Aquatic Centre. Anchored by FairPrice Xtra and one of the region's tallest indoor climbing walls, the mall is being transformed by CapitaLand Investment into an experiential destination through 2028, adding sheltered rooftop padel courts, a new water-and-dry playscape and a fresh line-up of sport, wellness and F&B brands. For retailers and F&B operators, it is a high-visibility, event-driven address in a precinct being rebuilt around sport, water and walkability.
